Sincerely note that you cannot return back a package once it is handed over to our courier partner, except for the instances where a prior notice is given to the “Sparkling” within 1-2 working days.
Sparkling have the right to cancel any order without providing reasons or clarifications for same, if due to the prevailing situation, the requisite cannot be met. Nevertheless, Sparkling will guarantee that any such cancellation will be notified to the customer and if any is applicable, it will be made to the customer within a rational period of time.
