We encourage you to leave email: sparklingonline@gmail.com with regard to your experience requesting a return or refund from “Sparkling” so we can learn and which ultimately benefit the others from what you learned. It will really support us a lot to deliver you a better shopping experience.
“Sparkling” will gladly exchange items within 14 days from the original purchase date. In order to exchange the item, it should be unworn, free from damages by the customer and in new condition. Items must be returned to “Sparkling” with the original receipt.
If you wish to exchange the item by mail / courier, please fill out the return form with either “faulty” or “incorrect” item. If you want a replacement, check the box “exchange” If item is inspected and confirmed defective, a replacement will be shipped to you at no cost.
