WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
Delivery for all approved orders is done via a reliable outsourced courier service to make sure you receive the order ASAP. You can expect to receive your order into your doorstep within “3-5” working days, with the exception of orders placed during festival and special holidays might be a little bit delayed.
We ‘sparkling.lk’ endeavor to dispatch your order from our warehouse less than “1” business day of you placing the order.
For the orders placed through Cash on Delivery “(CoD)” mode via our Website, Instagram or Facebook, one of our helpful sales representatives will give you a ring seeking the confirmation of your order, before it is being dispatched.
We closely work together with our courier partner to guarantee that your orders get delivered within the estimated timeframe. On rare occasions delivery may take slightly lengthier time, subject to the delivery dispatch times of the assigned courier partner bringing your order; which might be beyond our control. In such instances, if it is requested, we Sparkling Online will strive to refund your payment for prepaid orders.
Once you confirm the order you will receive the delivery information regarding your order via e-mail, WhatsApp message or Facebook/Instagram message.
Our deliveries are usually done on all weekdays and Saturdays.
