- Shipping costs from the original purchase are non-refundable.

- Discounted or sale items
- Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
- Processing Time Refunds and exchanges are processed within 7 business days of receiving your returned item. Additional time may be required for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
